Do you offer payment plans

We don’t accept payment plans because we want to ensure that all transactions are straightforward and secure. This helps us maintain a consistent quality of service and manage our resources effectively. By requiring full payment upfront, we can focus on delivering the best possible experience for our clients without any financial complications.

Do you take checks?

We do not take checks because they can be less secure and take longer to process compared to other payment methods. By avoiding checks, we can ensure quicker and more reliable transactions, which helps us provide a smoother and more efficient service for our clients.

When is my payment due?

The photographer should have given you a deadline. However, usually payments are due in two parts: half now and the other half is due 7 days before the shoot. If it’s a last-minute week of session booking, then the full payment is due the day that the client schedules their session.

What happens if I cancel my session, and I already paid the first half of my payment?

We have a NON-REFUNDABLE clause for cancellations. However, if you would like to reschedule- that is an option.

What happens if I can’t make my final payment?

First things first, speak with the photographer. The final payment makes the session final. We understand that sometimes life happens, however, if the final payment is not made 7 days prior to the session, then the session is cancelled and can be rescheduled for a later date. If the final payment is unable to be paid for in full and the session is canceled, the client then forfeits the initial payment.

Can I change Packages after paying intitial payment?

Speak with the photographer. If you would like to change your Package selection after payment is already made-this may impose some difficulties. The first payment secures your TIME SLOT- the session is scheduled around how long the package session will take. If you would like to change the package selection last minute, and the amount is equivalent to the payment already paid (no refunds) then a reschedule may have to occur.
